hi there sis. :) it's ok kung naka miss ka ng workout. just continue with your diet. ako nga, 2 weeks na hindi naka work out, but i lost additional 4 lbs this morning. :) go go! :)

i was having a bad time lately. i missed 3 days of workout. pffft.. but yeah, never give up.. gonna make up today.. thanks gurl! love ur mantra.. =)
