let it go

i just can remember those days i struggled about my extra weight ( happy weight sometimes i coined para lang di masyadong madipress). anyway, I'm currently at my high school days weight, 45 kgs. and im happy and i know i reached my goal. I dont wish to be skinny naman because its not really bagay to me. there is no really secret in lossing the desired wieght, eat consciosusly and exercise everyday lang. and do not stress yourself if in a week di pa masyadonng nag sushow ang result. do not starve yourselves, lalo lang nakakataba yun..lastly, Laugh!!!laugh and Laugh!!it burns calories too..

cheating isn't always bad!!

Giving yourself a break from almost everyday of working out is not bad.  relaxing is not bad. It's  pushing yourself  so hard, exhausting yourself and burning too much is the bad one! Let us love ourselves, more than anything else in the world, our body needs to be heed.Pamper ourselves. Nourish ourselves..

when i work out, i see to it that I dont starve myself afterwards, but not eating like a ''kargador''. food just enough to replenish and refuel my body. and while the holidays is here, its two hard things to battle upon eveyday.

  • working out
  • Foods..

thank goodness that people whom we recieved gifts from wrapped fresh fruits instead of the usual things they gave(ham, and the kind).

Lets celebrate the holidays with love and food, in moderation, even if its really hard to do(blame the parties we attend to during these times.

this is so much blessings for me, i mean not spending money to work out but i continue to reaching my goal.  and another to be proud of is, i did lose my weight in healthy way!!

Im happy and not struggling anymore.

that's been my respond to those blog I read about ''squats, lots of it everyday for a better booty''..I never believed them before until I tried it myself and I now can say that ''COME ON!!'' it works, really.. not just fro booty but also for the thighs, legs, ankle, hamstrings, and tummy! with weights, ball or none at all..must try

Finally, me and my ''best friend'' met yesterday. Mr. Scale is the name and I hopped in as he invited me to. Can you believe it? I lost 11lbs..WOW!!

I thought I would go home heartbroken and disappointed again but hey, that was more than I could be happy about.

A little exercise plus a little changes in my diet = 11 lbs off!!
