I'm happy I am able to exercise 3 days in a row now..
I did my old routine..
I lift wiegts and do some biceps curl, shoulder press and triceps exercse..then I do 30 reps of crunches, 3 sets..then the side lying exercise for both the buttocks and abdomen..then to cool down, I squat..and to add to my heaven, I notice a change already.. I lost very few inches from my waist and few lbs from my weight.. Its alright for now. I still have to work a lot to loss a lot... atleast, I started..
