I havent yet stumble with the weight watchers most dreaded thing, the "weighing scale". But i have noticed that, with the not so vigorous exercise i have every now and then show some result that's favourable to me.. My love handles are barely there and my thighs are not as big as it was before as I can recall. its a tiny improvement but am still thankful bec it has, at the very least, improvement..

Haha! I've been avoiding my scale lately. I don't want to lose my euphoria and miss my motivator in following the program.
But I will have to face the dreaded scale end of next week. Congratulations with your progress! Go lang! As for the scale, let's hope it will have good news for all of us! ^_^
