skipping meal is unhealthy way to loss weight!!and i should not do it. bad sad to say yesterday got me into my senses that I was doing it na pala unconsciously. if not bec of my dizziness i wouldn't realize na I havent eaten any yesterday the whole day. I thought I was just dehydrated that's why I kept drinking water to no avail ( water kasi cant keep us from dehydration, we still need electrolites so either put sugar and salt in the water or buy drink with electrolites already), so I also bought gatorade. thank goodness, it helped naman!

Sorry you had to learn the hard way, but it's good to know you're ok now. =) Don't think of food as bad; your body needs it after all!
