hi guys! I should say this, the exercises here bores me. I was used to more strenous activities and these are for beginners' work out. I mean I want to see results that's why I wanted to stress my system in working out. that's why lately I decided to keep moving at home and do all the chores from sweeping the floor, scrubbing it both with hands and feet and do laundry by hand until I get really really tired. I told myself I have to like and love the feeling of sweat running down my body as I do the house chores. I even climb the staircase 10 times at 4 sets.
I realize, I have to take a break also specially now that my extremities are hurting. Not the usual sore that I get from working out. I am not liking the feeling of sitting around, nah! But I have to take a break a little.

Hi, Mona. Click on the Exercises icon in the pink box on the right side of the page. You can set the difficulty of your exercises, whether it'll be Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
You should consider yourself lucky that you find them easy! A lot of people struggle with exercise. ;)
