 cheating isn't always bad!!

Giving yourself a break from almost everyday of working out is not bad.  relaxing is not bad. It's  pushing yourself  so hard, exhausting yourself and burning too much is the bad one! Let us love ourselves, more than anything else in the world, our body needs to be heed.Pamper ourselves. Nourish ourselves..

when i work out, i see to it that I dont starve myself afterwards, but not eating like a ''kargador''. food just enough to replenish and refuel my body. and while the holidays is here, its two hard things to battle upon eveyday.

  • working out
  • Foods..

thank goodness that people whom we recieved gifts from wrapped fresh fruits instead of the usual things they gave(ham, and the kind).

Lets celebrate the holidays with love and food, in moderation, even if its really hard to do(blame the parties we attend to during these times.
