 SOS

this is really alarming for me, no matter how i work out, i only lose few pounds and really unnoticeable..this makes me frustrated and depressed cause I do a lot of it..

I wonder if cutting my hormone supplement will help and also resuming sexual activity will also help..

HELP ME!!!!

I've heard about that, and I think it's a myth, honestly.... You can still shed your pregnancy weight after 3 months, of course. Since you're presumably breastfeeding in the 3 months after giving birth, you'll still naturally hold on to a little bit of weight. Just be patient, and just keep eating healthily and getting some regular physical activity. =) Don't lose hope. Good luck!

thanks victoria, but I've been trying 2-3 months now, not everyday though but as much as i have free time, i do exercise.. I am alarmed because I read in a magazine that post baby fats that are not rid within 3 months after giving birth, theres no way daw that I stil can shed this.. :(

Your hormone supplements may be affecting it, yes; but real weight loss takes time. =) How long have you been working out?
