 Move it!!

I know I'm  losing weight and inches, but I haven't weighed myself lately.. shame on me because I disposed the weighing scale year ago..

I honestly can't workout everyday, its hardly even doing it 3 times a week. I mean hitting the gym that often means I have to leave my son at home alone. so what I do is, I keep moving. Of course I'm not saying I quit watching tv, I just get up and make few routines every commercial break or if  I'm  watching a movie, I do crunches and leg lunges followed by arm press.

The only time I can do my whole routine is when my son is asleep.

I still eat the usual food I used to eat, but I cut it into smaller proportion, then I try to drink as much water as I can.

one thing more is I try to do the pogo stick, and I swear, by just a minute of it, you'll sweat as much as you're hitting the treadmill for half an hour.

That's the way I do it as well. It's best to do something that is convenient for you. In my case, since I don't cook my meals, I just eat what my mom cooks at home.... =)

Agree! Remember the first week of the program? We all had to drink more water. That alone got me moving. I make so many trips to the bathroom these days. Lol. But I'm not bothered by it.

What with the weather and all, I'm just glad I still get to move around seeing how I have to temporarily nix my jogs and walks. Question about the pogo stick, is it hard to balance yourself?

What if you're really heavy? Will it hurt your joints, especially your pelvis? I'm picturing a stick with foot bars that you ride and bounce on. Or am I wrong? =D
