i just can remember those days i struggled about my extra weight ( happy weight sometimes i coined para lang di masyadong madipress). anyway, I'm currently at my high school days weight, 45 kgs. and im happy and i know i reached my goal. I dont wish to be skinny naman because its not really bagay to me. there is no really secret in lossing the desired wieght, eat consciosusly and exercise everyday lang. and do not stress yourself if in a week di pa masyadonng nag sushow ang result. do not starve yourselves, lalo lang nakakataba yun..lastly, Laugh!!!laugh and Laugh!!it burns calories too..

hi, there's no better tip than sacrifice and descipline. temptations are always around us, its really up to us wether to give in or not. we can beat it, sisters, we can do it.
