hi.... i started going to gym since january.. have 64kls that time .. but now i am stocked in 58kls... i dont know what to do?? i stayed in gym for more than 1hr, do sauna at steam too i also do weights... but i dont know how to lose weight i dotn want to be stocked in 58kls.. also pls give advice what kidn of weights good to do for a female like me ... i also do threadmill, steppers,wave,abs.. pls guide me.. thnx
