 WATER THERAPHY

Hi am just a bit confuse if drinking water will really help you lose weight, i personally have this tendency to feel bloated and my stomach got bigger everytime i drink too much water.. but i really believe that this is a natural cleanser and will help you feel full most of the time that is why it will help u not to eat too much..

It's sometimes like that for some people, who previously don't drink a lot of water. But you'll get used to it. Also, it's best to do so on a low-sodium diet. ;)
