Yoga Fitness

I did an early morning yoga fitness which is a 45 minute program and I can really feel what yoga does to me. It calms my senses and I always have this feeling that it would be another amazing day.
Also, yoga makes me increase my flexibility, strength and even lengthen my body enabling me to perform all those poses and boy I really am burning fats working out in an empty stomach. After my workout, I really can feel the burn with my soak workout shirt and jogging pants.
I ate egg and together with it is one medium sized banana, 3 slices of pomelo and some bite size pineapple...yummmy...of course the highlight of my breakfast is eating and savoring the flavor of my meal with my honey....

My workouts

Good day to all! Its a holiday so I started my day by working out in an empty stomach. I did 3 different sets of workout today and I really did work hard to burn lots of fats.
First, I did fat burning cardio workout which is 20 minutes of different exercises. Second, I did tank top arms work out to build up my muscles on my arms. Third, I did a 30-minute pilates workout addressing the rest of my body parts. Overall I did an hour and 20 minutes of workout today stopping only a minutes for each type of workout to give my body to recover. I also drunk lots and lots of water in between plus I also took my vitamins and other essential supplements.
Stepping on our weighing scale I weigh 115 and I am happy with the outcome of my workout today. Enjoy your day everyone

can't sleep

I was tossing and turning for several minutes now so I decided to just log on and write a blog. My honey and I are having some issues: issues with the kids, disciplining them, today I feel unimportant and unloved...i know feeling senti lang siguro ako or might be post PMS. However, there were times that i really feel unloved and unappreciated. We have some misunderstanding and I prefer to just keep quiet but actually I am hurting inside...I am trying my best to understand him but I feel that I don't deserve to be treated like this...also, I wish I don't have to work anymore so that I can spend more time with my children...we almost don't see each other at all. I would wake them up early morning to get ready for school and then I leave for work around 7:30 a.m. I would arrive home around 8:30 p.m. and all of them were in bed.
My youngest she would always call me once she gets home and changed to let me know she is home (yes she is a sweet child but can be a "pasaway" too). My son and my eldest daughter I really don't know what is going on with their lives...I try to reach out sometimes but they also shut me out and just tell me small details of what is happening in their school and lives...ganito na lang ba talaga ang buhay...ang papel ko taga bigay lang ng allowance...taga bili ng mga kailangan nila sa school...o di ba talagang tamang senti ang ina...tapos ang honey ko isa pang pasaway...hay naku buhay...sorry guys, I am just venting here...wala akong mapagsabihan eh..minsan gusto ko ng sumabog kasi pag ganito ang scenario feeling mo walang nagmamahal sa iyo ...
Bukas maaga akong gigising at makapag-exercise na lang para sumaya ang mundo ko...I know I am responsible for my own happiness...tawanan lang ang problema...its not the end of the world pa naman eh...lilipas din ito...

Honey is home ;-)

My honey is home after 3 weeks being away and we had a lot of catching up to do ... I wasn't as motivated to workout when he is around but I have to keep telling myself that I need the boost and the fact that regular exercising helps to push out toxins in our body. Last Sunday, we did together our P90X Yoga and as usual we had fun doing all the poses and even joking whereas at the very start of the program, the guy made clear to concentrate...well, it our bonding time and its just the two of us working out so we can do whatever we pleases to do besides we are still able to do most of the poses except that I personally have a hard time executing those balance poses. But i really had a great improvement being able to do plough with shoulder stand for when I first did the program I always have a hard time doing the plough. However, I still have to do CRANE which is a real advance pose and takes a lot of yoga practice.

early workout

I enjoyed my early workout today but I really have to cut it short and when I looked in the clock how long I have been exercising...wow...its been 30 minutes already...fast forward i have to do the cool down sooner because I have to get ready for work by 7:30 am. I was sweating profusely doing only the 30 minutes cardio dance and I am really glad I did that workout. Next time I will make sure that I can complete the whole one hour and 17 minutes cardio dance pump workout.
