I started my week, clear on my mind that I will log what I am eating to track my diet. ..yeah, i failed! LOL
It was'nt that I did not have time...I forgot :D
Oh well... Imma try to recall what i ate for this week. I logged my monday meal so let me start today with Tuesday.
Tuesday meal:
Breakfast: half a cup of fried rice, salinas tinapa, and coffee
Lunch: I skipped lunch (feeling guilty on going heavy with breakfast)
Snack: Instant Pancit canton
Dinner: 1 banana
Wednesday:
Breakfast: 1 yakult, 1 wheat pandesal with cheese, 1 coffee with cream
Lunch: OMG. we hadd a staff meal at Max's, I had a quarter of chicken, 1 rice, a couple of teaspoons of tofu kinichay and a couple of teaspoons of kare-kare sauce and its veggies. what a pig, huh?! LOL
Thursday:
Breakfast: half rice and bangus sisig, coffee with cream
Lunch: Left over half rice and bangus sisig. LOL
Snack: 2 pcs small pandesal with peanut butter
Dinner: 1 banana and a handfull of cheese curls. LOL
Friday:
Breakfast: 2 pcs. small pandesal with peanut butter, black coffee
Lunch: staff meal again :( i ate one pcs breast part fried chicken and spaghetti with 2 pcs garlic french bread at shakeys
Dinner: TBA :)
I bought a new exercise ball yesterday, hoping i could get back with my routine exercises. Sayang yung old exercise ball ko, i lost the lock/pin since i deflated it when i moved to our new house. packing failure :( Ang mahal na ngayon, double the price when i first bought it. I just thought the price worth all the fats im gonna burn from the sit ups i can make with that exercise ball. Its so hard to do the sit ups without it. My spine hurts doing the sit ups without a ball.
