Week 1 meals and exercises

sad to say i might not be able to eat what is recommended on meals and exercise for the week. il try some of the recommended exercise though and will not eat more than what is recomended in the meals.


Week 1

Monday

today i ate wheat pandesal with a teaspoon of peanut butter and black coffe for breakfast and tuna pocket for lunch. my snack would probably my left over wheat pandesal and a teaspoon of strawberry jam. not sure yet what i will have for dinner. i might just  have a cucumber and apple salad or just a slice of ripe papaya.

exercise would probably stretching, a lil cardio exercise and sit ups with the help of my exercise ball

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: wheat pandesal with peanut butter, black coffee

Lunch: Bockchoi with oyster sauce, 1 rice, a medium cheese dog

Snack: Banana and wheat pandesal

Dinner: half a cup of chicken macaroni soup, 1 pandesal

 

I was not able to do my routine exercise

 

Wednesday

I did some sit ups in the morning.

Breakfast: 1 Wheat pandesal with peanut butter, black coffee

Lunch: ceasar salad with 1 boiled egg. a spoon of peanut butter for desert.

Snack: TBA

Dinner: TBA

Meal diary fail... LOL

I started my week, clear on my mind that I will log what I am eating to track my diet. ..yeah, i failed! LOL

It was'nt that I did not  have time...I forgot  :D

Oh well... Imma try to recall what i ate for this week. I logged my monday meal so let me start today with Tuesday.

 

Tuesday meal:

Breakfast: half a cup of fried rice, salinas tinapa, and coffee

Lunch: I skipped lunch (feeling guilty on going heavy with breakfast)

Snack: Instant Pancit canton

Dinner: 1 banana

 Wednesday:

Breakfast: 1 yakult, 1 wheat pandesal with cheese, 1 coffee with cream

Lunch: OMG. we hadd a staff meal at Max's, I had  a quarter of chicken, 1 rice, a couple of teaspoons of tofu kinichay and a couple of teaspoons of kare-kare sauce and its veggies. what a pig, huh?! LOL

Thursday:

Breakfast: half rice and bangus sisig, coffee with cream

Lunch: Left over half rice and bangus sisig. LOL

Snack: 2 pcs small pandesal with peanut butter

Dinner: 1 banana and a handfull of cheese curls. LOL

Friday:

Breakfast: 2 pcs. small pandesal with peanut butter, black coffee

Lunch: staff meal again :( i ate one pcs breast part fried chicken and spaghetti with 2 pcs garlic french bread at shakeys

Dinner: TBA :)

 

I bought a new exercise ball yesterday, hoping i could get back with my routine exercises. Sayang yung old exercise ball ko, i lost the lock/pin since i deflated it when i moved to our new house. packing failure :(  Ang mahal na ngayon, double the price when i first bought it. I just thought the price worth all the fats im gonna burn from the sit ups i can make with that exercise ball. Its so hard to do the sit ups without it. My spine hurts doing the sit ups without a ball.

Monday diet Plan

Day 1 Diet plan:

I thought of writing my meals each day so i can track the diest that works for me and those that are not.

Braskfast: wheat pandesal with veggie sausage and cheese, coffe with cream.

Lunch: wheat pandesal, peanut butter and half a cup of pork and beans

Dinner: Canned tuna with cabbage, half rice.

 

Its holiday tomorrow, so I will just log what i had on wednesday for my day 2 diet plan :)

My name is Gabriel and im struggling with my weight lost since i want to keep my body fit and healthy. I have on and off cravings and when i crave i can stop till i satisfy my craving. that goes for a straight week and by the time i satisfy it, i gained a lot o weight already. i need help. i need to lose at least 15 lbs.
