missed a lot of the program

i missed a lot of days.. i never thought it is going to be my 8th week. hay, what should i do.. i got super busy kasi.... i am looking forward to the next weeks..

i missed two days

i missed two days posting my food and diet details... hmmmm, what did i have yesterday? i had breakfast: bread with peanut butter; lunch: boiled egg, nilagang talbos ng kamote with tomatoes and onions, 1 cup rice; snack: halo halo sa tabi tabi; dinner: fresh lumpia..

  my diet for today, Tuesday, 2 March was... (Average)
  Breakfast fitnesse, 1 small apple
  Lunch shrimp in olive oil, lumpiang shanghai, 1/2 cup rice
  Snack 1 cup lucky me sotanghon lite
  Dinner 1 pc bread with 1/4 teaspoon peanut butter, 1/4 cup rice, very small serving of fish tinola, 1/2 pc fried dried pusit

2nd week almost done

  Breakfast fitnesse
  Lunch 1 cup rice, leftover langka, leftover grilled turkey
  Snack 10 pcs small grapes, bite of piyaya
  Dinner mixed sauteed veggies

definitely my worst since i started my diet

blame it on the wedding and the birthday of my two clients.. no, blame it on gluttony... :(

i won't be doing this again, i ruined my two weeks :( 

  my diet for today, Friday, 26 February was... (Poor)
  Breakfast fitnesse
  Lunch ginataang langka, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 fried dried pusit
  Snack 1/2 cup shrimp and garlic pasta, 1 small slice pizza
  Dinner 1 glass juice, mixed of beef with brocolli, fish fillet, few slices of grilled turkey, few slices of sweet and sour fish, buco pandan (share it with my son though), cake

another day :)

i was so tired yesterday that i was not able to update my diet details.. i want to regularly post my diet details to monitor myself and avoid my usual  "katakawan"... food intake yesterday were: breakfast: fitnesse; lunch: scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, banana; snack: tuna veggie salad from shakey's (fastfood, not again... my officemate's birthday yesterday. they ordered pizza. since i don't eat pork, i had tuna veggie salad. if it wasn't about this diet which i tried to religiously follow, i would have ordered veggie pizza.. thanks belletoday) dinner: two pcs. saba at konti konting rice maybe two tablespoons at fish (nakikain sa hubby, i can't resist the fried fish :( ... by the way, i had a chat with my friends last night and they told me that i seemed to be losing weight.. the last time we saw each other kasi i was like a big big big,, i called myself container van, lol...  

today, i was forced to eat at restaurant again for my lunch because i meet a client. i don't really want to eat at fastfoods and restaurants because of the msg and i know they usually put butter on their foods to make it tasty. plus, i am not sure of the oil they use. i use canola and olive oil only in the house because i'm so concerned of my kids foods.

  Breakfast fitnesse
  Lunch chopsuey, 1 small fried chicken, tuna kinilaw
  Snack iced tea, 1/2 piyaya
  Dinner 1 pc fried dried squid, 1/4 cup rice, 1 very small lapulapu paksiw
