i just can't wait monday when i'm supposed to receive my diet plan for the week and exercise plan.
today is my first day of week 1.
i hope i will have the patience and dedication to continue my diet so i will be able to see my old me :)
breakfats is: 2 slices whole wheat bread
lunch: salad with 1/2 teaspoon caesar dressing; noodles with no oil; 1/2 medium size apple
dinner: tinolang isda; 1 cup rice
snack: 1/4 cup mixed raisins and peanut
