  my diet for today, Monday, 22 February (Average)
  Breakfast fitnesse with milk, 1 banana
  Lunch beef with tausi, 1 cup rice
  Snack 1 banana, 1/8 cup unsalted peanuts
  Dinner 1 cup sotanghon soup
