 not a very good diet today

 

  my diet for today, Tuesday, 23 February (Poor)
  Breakfast fitnesse
  Lunch mixed though small portions due to meeting: fish fillet, beef curry, veggies
  Snack 1 banana, 1 apple
  Dinner veggie salad in caesars sauce, baked macaroni 1/4 serving

thanks.. i thought it was bad because i'm really trying hard to avoid eating at fastfoods even restaurants. the lunch and dinner were from fastfood and restaurant.. i want to prepare my own food to avoid msg..
