  my diet for today, Saturday, 27 February (Average)
  Breakfast fitnesse
  Lunch 1 cup rice, leftover langka, leftover grilled turkey
  Snack 10 pcs small grapes, bite of piyaya
  Dinner mixed sauteed veggies
