  my diet for today, Thursday, 18 February (Average)
  Breakfast half cup fitnesse and 1 pc whole wheat bread
  Lunch scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions; 2pcs whole wheat bread; 1 banana
  Snack 1/4 mixed peanuts and raisins; 1 small pear
  Dinner 1 cup sauteed spinach; 1/2 cup rice
