hi to all,,,my name is patrick,,,i want to have a 6 pack abs,"LOL,,Just dreaming",,,im just a simple person,,,and a boring life,,hehehe,,,,i want to lose weight easier and have a muscle,,,but i dont know what to do,,,please help me,,,give me some tips,,in daily food diet,,,cause i don't know what to eat,,,i better skip meal and i only eat once a day,,,that was lunch time,,,i don't think that was right,,,so help me whit my problem,,,,regarding in my excerise,,,im using a machine so callled "Total Core",,,it helps me to work out my mid section,,,it helps me a lot,,,but the fats is still in my love handles,,,i tried 30mins work out,,,but it seems thier were no change,,,i have a fat bellyT_T,,,
