Soyamilk on 365days challenge

I've been in and out of my 'shaping up' program. Distraction had been my prime enemy. Today is day one. Join me in venturing 365 days to achieving a firm and toned physic and weight loss.
My program from day 1 ~ 15:
1. MWF 15-30 mins jogging
2. 8 glasses (8 oz.) of water per day
3. low sodium food
4. and to calculate each calories
5. Saturday general cleaning
6. Sunday grocery
Pounds to loose: 30 lbs in 365 days. I plan to take it slowly.
