Day 3 and 4 passed by without saying hello. Its Day 5!

ho hum... my internet connection failed me. What's up with PLDT 990 DLS service? I also do not have the luxury to get out of my studio to go to the internet shop for I have an upcoming exhibition this week. Geeeeeeee.

So what happened on the previous days that passed by... well, I was not able to eat well.. meaning few. I was too busy. But I fear of how this would take toll on my metabolism. What comforts me is the discipline to taking fruits first thing in the morning 30 mins before having the actual breakfast (which is my oatmeal). Studies have shown that eating fruits before meal result to better absorption of its natural vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to our body.

But still I have to practice eating 5 small meals in a day as most nutritionists prescribes.

It's 4am... work just really got crazy but i love it... time to hit the sack!

my diet for today, Wednesday, 10 March

I guess healthy snacks won't hurt if you're busy. =) Good idea with the fruits.
