I woke up.. freshened up.. then looked at the mirror. I look better than 2 weeks ago. Woot woot!
Must not let go of my determination.
Compared to 2 weeks ago, I now eat less but chew more :-) and kept on moving.
Mood... Im not sure if its just hormones but whenever I exercise I feel more cheerful. Well, I also heard from discovery channel that exercising can release happy hormones. :-D
Weight? I'm not sure if I weigh lighter than usual for I have not invested on a weighing scale. Maybe soon when I get my checks. Or when I get to visit a nearby clinic. ha ha ha stingy me. hahaha
