Day 15 WTF! (What The Fat!) Ha ha ha I joke.

Oh well, its been so long since I did the blog. Didn't have the opportunity to sit down and blog however, didn't miss out following the diet program and exercise. The thing is, I am still trying to get a hang of using belletoday for I am used to my sparkspeople account. I joined here at belletoday because its diet plan is readily available in Manila unlike sparkspeople which is tailored for the US demographics. But I still use their exercise plan/program, chart and calorie counter for it is easier to follow. Maybe soon I can get use to belletoday's exercise program.
Yesterday, I had a wonderful time burning my calories.

+ 10 minute Sparkpeople bootcamp cardio workout = 90 calories.
I feel great!
