 walking and walking and walking

Thanks to our health conscious company. we all got a FITBUG and we currently have a contest within our company. FITBUG is a tool that help count the steps you had walked everyday! and you can synced it with the online site and save the datas.. and it keep track of your steps and calories burn with the number of steps you had made... anyway... it has somehow change me... before after having dinner I would just sit around in from our computer or just sit down with my kids to play with them, but lately I find myself usually trying to make more steps by walking afterlunch and after dinner, I would walk with my son or play with him, finding any excuse to be standing up and walking around so I can see the step count go higher and higher... sometimes I would even just walk in circles in our sala hoping to make more steps then the day before!... hoping It will help me shed pounds after. I've been walking and walking for more than a week now... hoping to see some results!
