 Monster in law...

So here I am again complaining about my in law and our maids at home... it''s a bad combination of bad inlaw and a lazy maid at home... I feel so stressed and pressured... my in law calling mere in the office mid morning while I'm working... just to tell me that we run out of gasul at home and that I should check it everyday since that's part of being the "house wife" / handling a family or whatever she may call it...  my errands... chores are getting longer and longer with more maids and yayas... here are my in law GOLDEN RULES kuno!

1. when I arrive home I have to check the food that is prepared! - fair enough since sometimes our cook really have a heavy hand on the salt which are really bad for health...

2. when I arrive home I have to check all the stuffs that are suppose to be cleaned... that includes, crs, drawers, floors, cabinets, cookwares, ..... oh make sure to use your hands to check if you touch the ex. cabinet door and your finger got dust that means its not cleaned!

3. always call home and check what are the maids doing

4. call home to check what the kids are doing - ok with me... I agree...

5. I need to buy powdered soap... it's cheaper... as compare for maids to use our bareta soap... for maid to clean the maps for the floor and the basahan...

6. I need to buy "buto buto" and buy "uling" for the maid to cook the pork broth... and back up in the freezer so we can have ready made broth and not use knorr cubes to cook the soup for the kids... fair enough...

7. buy "Makut" meat with bones... for the soup of the kids...

8. buy fish... with no gills... oh and only buy fish on her "TRUSTED" seller other that that if we bought on other shops... she will always complain that it's not fresh! oh and for fillet, no dory, lapulapu and I forgot that other name of the fish she wants.. hahaha.. it's from cold storage... all I remembered is it's too expensive!...

9. buy the vegetables from Chinatown ones that are not available in the wet market ... but some I think are available in the supermarket like the taiwan pechay... kuachai... etc... also include sea cucumber... and seaweed...

10. NEVER buy juice... it's 70% sugar... better buy 1 box of fresh orange and squeeze at home... easy for her to say since she's drinking it and we are preparing it!..

11. always make sure there's fruits at home

12. in all our meals make sure we have all 3 or at least 2 impt element in the dish... that's 1 vegetable, 1 fish and 1 meat dish...

*note, if I don't buy like some of the items like fish... meat... veg... she'll just buy it and charge me after ! goodbye budget! welcome to hell...

13. No beef ..

14. No chicken...

15. so that leaves us "Pork, duck, sometimes lamb... that god our doctor said turtles not allowed, else we have it before I hate it!"

16. Better to eat at home ... as much as possible don't buy food outside...

17. Not allowed to go out... especially sat.. if we have to go to the supermarket, let my husband do it we don't need to go together! in short no life!... stay home and take care of the kids... do household chores... die die die...

18. Kids not allowed to go out.. .too much bacteria outside... as if there's none at home... I understand we can lessen the chance but we can't hide them at home forever!

19. here's the new one today... I got to check on the gasul... my gosh!...

20. If I buy rice it's not enough, I have to buy a better quality rice just for my son's congee....

21. Check on maids cellphones to see who they are chatting with... haller invation of privacy.. I never do it...

22... I know there's more... I'll just add it in the list later... hahaha...
