Another holiday

Thank God it's another holiday again tomorrow, Another rest day :)

Can't wait for my massage session tomorrow... last time I can't lift my right arm, already had a lot of massages and even went to a massage therapist who's an expert in the vains but still did not get it... until finally I went to my chinese doctor... he told me that it's a vain from the neck and not the back that's causing the problem.. so he did a quick massage... feel like my neck is going to break haha.. but it worked... after that quick massage the pain really was gone...

since I can do things without feeling the pain of my right arm anymore, planning to clean my closets and some parts of our house tomorrow... clearning exercise na din  :) haha...

It's super hot lately, sweating a lot even if you didn't move a lot... and the news said that it will still get hotter for the next upcoming days... good luck to us all... one of my cousin she's still young... got heat stroke... half of her face got numb... we all need to be careful and not to stay out long in the sun especially lunch time, plus drink plenty of water... !
