Funny how the no sweet challenge is helping/affecting people! It just help me realize something! it's all in the mind!, Sometimes if you're told that you are not allowed to eat sweets, it's that time that you crave it even more... more like contradicting what's not allowed, at least for me... if I was told no junk food, I would crave for junkfood... is it bec. it's registered in your mind that its not allowed thus becomes a temptation? and after becomes a battle between giving in or pure discipline...
Thanks to the no sweet challenge, and only allowing 1 tablespoon of sugar... I am now appreciating having only 1 teaspoon of sugar in my coffee instead of the usual 1 tablespoon it makes me realize that the taste is not that bad! and even if the no sweet challenge are over I will continue with my 1 teaspoon sugar for my coffee!
