 No sweet challenge Day 5

We are not half way done... I can see the finish line... need to hang on!... I'm now really craving for sweets my gosh, I want something sweet really!!!... oh no!... I can do this....

  my diet for today, Friday, 3 February (Average)
  Breakfast ham and cheese sandwich and 1 cup of coffee with 1 tsp of sugar
  Lunch 1/2 chinese noodle, and pork with mushroom , banana
  Snack 2 sache of greenpeas
  Dinner half noodle banana and pork
  Glasses of water
