No Sweets! So far so good... Day 1

it's almost 5 and I'm proud to say that I'm still good with no sweets today!...

My problem is I might switch to more junk food instead of sweets my gosh... so when I reach home... my orange will be waiting for me to help me with the no sweet challenge!

Since I'm drinking Chinese herbal medicine, my biggest problem would be no nuts... and fruits after the herbal medicine so good luck to me! I hope I will last the whole week without sweets!...

oh yah that just reminds me, I think it has around 3 rock sugar added, but it's already for the full bowl that's good for like 3 -4 days worth of ulam, our pata tim don't have sugar, it has oyster sauce, soysauce, laurel leave, star anis, dark soysauce, by 1/4 pata tim I mean only 1/4 size of my baon's ulam box :)

Hi Suzanne!

Pata tim is usually made with sugar and pineapple juice. Did you check how your ulam was prepared? hehe but as long as your table sugar is within 1 tbsp in a day, you're good :D
