Yesterday, Sept.25,2011 nsa Ayala kami ng mga opismyt ko pra umaatend ng Sunday Club Exercise program ni VP Binay.
Grabe! Super pinagpawisan me ng sobra! Pero enjoy un exercise dahil masaya panoorin at sundan un instructor from Nestle...
Til next Sunday! ha ha ha,.. sasama ko na un eldest daughter ko

Stress sa office!

weeeeeeee....
stress sa opis since yesterday! Kagabi nagwalking me w/my son grabe pinagpawisan me ng sobra. Dami pa bumabati "Oyy! laki ng ipinayat mo"...  
Medyo nbwasan stress when I assisted the City Council of Talisay, Camarines Norte leaded by Mayor Magana. 
Tapos na ko mag-assist, continuation n nmn ng stressful work...
Breakfast : rice, ham and coffee
Lunch: rice (super dami), salted egg w/kamatis and coffee...SA SOBRANG STRESS NAPARAMI FOOD INTAKE KO
