I went to the beach again last weekend. This time to our family house in Calatagan. Yeah, I've been leaving Manila a lot recently. It keeps me sane. There's this insatiable thirst for adventure in me and I find that beach trips are the easiest fix there is. It's always so relaxing and fun. At the beach, bad vibes don't exist! Here are a few photos of the trip. Enjoy!

The only two girls in a house of 9 boys. I love this girl! She kept me sane this trip amidst all the gym talk, bromancing and boys' antics.

One of my favorite boys in the world! He's my kabarkada's little brother and he's such a joy to talk to. So funny and amusing! Such a sweetheart. We've been talking a lot lately about life and love and good times. It's so weird that we're close now. Hahaha

Relaxing in the sala after a long night's drive and unhealthy drinking.

Good conversations in the pool and sabaw moments are two of the best things in life. These two boys are the funniest people I've ever met. Honestly. Hahaha. I think I almost got kabag talking to them. And yes, I was bad. That's a can of beer in my hand. But a beach trip just doesn't feel complete without ice cold beer.

We ran out of floaters so I jumped on this poor boy. Can you see the look on his face? Haha. *squish* That's one of my awesome kabarkadas in the back.

YES. OMG, THESE WERE THE BOYS WITH US AT THE BEACH. I hate them for having such awesome abs. Life is not fair. Haha

We tried being "healthy" by drinking wine instead of beer on the way to the beach. I know, I know. Alcohol is not exactly the best for staying fit. :-s The boys rode in the cars and my girl friend and I rode in the bed of the pickup. We had the best seats ever.

This is the steep incline we ALMOST failed to climb because it was wet and slippery the night we arrived. Much easier getting down.

Two of the most awesome people I know. I love them so so so much. We're 4 in our group (well, 5 but one of them is the ex boyfriend so he doesn't come along anymore) and we missed our other lovely girl. She's in NYC now working. But she'll be home in 2 months. I'm so excited!

Contemplating the many mysteries of life on the beach. Don't worry, I'm not frowning. Just squinting from the sun. :oD
High on life! It's a beautiful world and I'm living life. What more could I want?

The boys sitting in the middle of the ocean. Haha. They were kinda far out but it was low tide. I think they got lazy to walk any farther.

Sun kissed and happy after a few days away from reality. We're happy little ladies!

3/4 of BCCBOD. We had to have this picture to commemorate an amazing beach trip. Merc, we missed you. BOOM!
I can't wait for my next adventure. But in the meantime, I'll be working on SOMEHOW getting abs. Hahaha. I just started the kamote diet. My friend recommended it to me. Kamote and grilled (tasteless) chicken or fish and vegetables. I had grilled fish fillet for lunch with half a kamote. After 4 spoonfuls of it, it was getting hard to swallow. I really don't know how long I'll be able to stick to it or if it's the right thing for me. But it's worth a shot. I'll keep you updated on how the diet goes for me. For now, I wouldn't recommend it. It's horrible to have to eat so much kamote. AUGH. Hahahaha.
Ciao for now!
