It took me so long to write any development of my weight loss program. I am just sharing the net with my boss so accesability is not often. Since April 20, 2010, i started cutting carbo in my diet replacing them with fruits and vegetables with only 3 spoonfull of rice during lunch. My source of protein is only fish. At breakfast, I took a cup of mangoosteen coffee and 2 pcs of whole wheat bread. As my dessert, I ate a slice of fresh pineapple or watermelon or cantaloupe. For lunch, it is 3 spoonfull of rice, fish, steamed talbos ng kamote with fresh tomatoe and fruits. In between meals, when i felt hungry, i ate apple or carrots or cucumber. I drank buko juice at night. I also had medication for my fatty liver 3x of GODEX DS and 2x of Myra E 400 and this will last for 3 months. calculated expenses would be around P27T. It was very expensive. From Monday to Friday, I have a 10-minute walk going to the office and then 30 minutes cardiovascular exercise through the help of a video. On Saturday, I had my morning walk for an hour but on Sunday, I resume my cardio exercise at home and another 10-15 minute at Aerowalker. On the first two weeks, I lost almost 10 lbs and then nothing follows. I'm stuck at 140 lbs. Please continue guiding me.
