 I'm Seeing a Wellness Doctor

When you see me in loose dresses everyday like this Angel Fish dress, it means I'm hiding a bulging paunch. Bonne Bouche, Greenbelt 5 is beating the sales quotas with dresses like these. But I would like to wear my waisted dresses in a few weeks. This photo was taken March 19, 2010 at CiCou French Bistro in Hotel Celeste. We had such an indulgent degustation menu plus a bottle of fantastic red.

Hi Belles! i've been away too long - and I'm telling you, it's dangerous to be away too long.

My bad, bad habits have once crept back in. I'm talking about white carbs and sugar, and alcohol!! Not to mention my sleeping hours are horrible! I sleep usually at about 1pm. I know the 1100pm window to 3am is the most crucial. Don't let me get started on the nicotine. How good is drinking alcohol without the smokes?

I have been kind of anxious about getting something off the ground with a new, and big business venture. After four months in the making, the big break came! More on this in the next few blogs. Fast forward to even more positive news. After a few weeks of backsliding to poor health habits, I realize these habbits affect my disposition and mood.

I decided to see Dr. Jessica Cueto de Leon of Healing Well Integrative Medicine  Clinic to help me begin my wellness program. Dr. Jessica is a medical doctor who integrates her western medicine practice with Eastern medicine practices. You should see how she looks. She says she has a 28 year old - so I can't tell how old she really is -because she looks so young. She was also a body building champ in 2006.

I told her how 'walang gana' and exhausted I felt all the time. Doctora just said these were the toxins in my body bringing me down. First off - it is a detox period for me. I really like her style. It is all about lifestyle choices. Going to Dr Jessica is all about informing myself and having a medical practitioner guide me through my lifestyle change. I'm one of those people who likes to pay for help, and follow it. She recommended green juices in the morning. Petsay, malunggay and wheatgrass juices. This will take care of all my veggie requirements for the day.

Her next project is for me to exercise.
