 Stocking Up on Healthy Food

Here's what I did this afternoon - I fitted my models for this weekend's big show. Here's a forgiving cut of a dress I created. Shot in Bonne Bouche Greenbelt 5.

 Just came from Pioneer PC after visiting my mom at Kapitolyo, Pasig. Fter planning my meals last night I realize I don't have a lot of healthy stuff in stock. So I got myself a few key ingredients for the next week or so:

Meat/Fish/protein

( ) local gindara

( ) Japanese shishamu fish (my fave!)

( )tilapia fillets (2 slices)

( ) Pork steak (Monterey) 1K

( ) lean beef ground beef , Monterey

( ) canned tuna (chili corned)

( ) gouda cheese

( ) raclette cheese

( ) parmesan cheese

Veggies  and fruits (

( ) ampalaya

( )squash

( ) sayote tops (this I enjoy eating)

( ) broccoli

( ) capers in vinegar

( ) olives

Carbo, unrefined and complex

( ) Wholewheat tortillas

( ) bread crumbs, wholewheat

( ) wholemeal spaghetti San Remo

Herbs and Spices etc

( ) cinnamon

( ) star anise

( )sesame seeds

( )tarragon

( )rosemary

( ) parsley flakes

( ) oregano

( )basil leaves

( )black pepper ground

Etc:

( ) peanut butter

( ) Daves Naturals yoghurt

Never tried shishamu, perhaps I should if I come across it. =)
