 April 23, Friday Food Plan

I am having a big fashion show today at the Ayala Greenbelt 5 fashion walk. I am rather edgy this morning. It's a good thing my body is nourished with the good stuff. Here's one of my entrees for tonight's show.

BREAKFAST:

~coffee cream stevia

~6oz veggie juice: 1 lettuce head and 4 tomatoes (all organic)

EARLY LUNCH AT 1130AM:

~zarusoba, half cup, with grilled chicken breast

~2 pita bread wi peanut butter

~coke zero

MERIENDA: 4pm

Cibo: wholewheat panini with mushrooms and parmaham. 1 green salad.

COCKTAILS:

2 white wine

LATE DINNER  (Cantineta)

Arugula salad

carpaccio wi arugula (half)

tomato wi mozzarella cheese on top

1 white wines

3 San Mig Lite

MIDNIGHT SNACK

L.O. broccoli salad wi tuna, pistacchio an wholewheat macaroni
