 April 24 Meals

Here's a photo of my show last night. Designs Filipino. Blouse and skirt available at Bonne Bouche, Greenbelt 5 (729 0486)

BREAKFAST:

~coffee with stevia

~8 oz veggie juice: ampalaya and tomatoes 

~slices of melon

LUNCH:

~1 piece grilled chicken

~1 cup brown rice

~1 serving yasai itame

~1 scoop natural yoghurt

MERIENDA

~wholewheat pita, 3 pieces with peanut butter

Coke Zero, 1 can

DINNER

~baby back ribs (no sauce)

~lettuce

~1 piece buffalo wings

~San Mig Lite, half glass
