Super fresh salmon sashimi is one of my staple orders when have Japanese dinner out. It contains good fat and oils and it's also great for the complexion. 
Here's what I had in mind for my meals tomorrow:

~grilled anggus steak (from Santi;s, cooked medium rare)
~1 cup Green Japanese Tea with Ginger
