 April 20 Meal Plan

Super fresh salmon sashimi is one of my staple orders when have Japanese dinner out. It contains good fat and oils and it's also great for the complexion. 

Here's what I had in mind for my meals tomorrow:

BREAKFAST

~coffee, cream, stevia

~6 oz sayote, cucumber, wheatgrass (powdered)

MID A.M SNACK

3/4 C steamed broccoli with small shrimps

sliced apple with goat cheese

LUNCH (12NN)

zarusoba (buckwheat, cold) with pesto sauce (from Cooking Mama)

~Grilled, free range chicken

~SNACK (3PM)  

1 small piece gouda cheese, one small piece raclette cheese

1 melon shake sweetend with stevia

DINNER (7PM)

~1 San Mig Lite Beer

~Giant salad! : Lettuce, chopped to bite size, broccoli,  2 organic eggs hardboiled, tomatoes, feta cheese,

~grilled anggus steak (from Santi;s, cooked medium rare)

~1 cup Green Japanese Tea with Ginger

Same here, I *must* have salmon sashimi when I'm having Japanese. And yaaay, zero cigarettes. =)
