 April 22 Menu. Still Marinating in Recipe Ideas

Belles I'm feeling extra fantastic nowadays. Lot's of energy, hardly irritable, and my pants fit better today. Here's a bouquet I arranged and it accurately affects my mood for today.

BREAKFAST:

~6oz green veggie juice: lettuce and tomato

~coffee cream stevia

MID-DAY SNACK:

~whole wheat pita wi 2 slices Laughing Cow Cheese, light

LUNCH

~shishamu, fried in vegetable oil

~zarusoba, colda, with traditional zaru sauce (made with stevia)

~ Yasai itame:  cabbage, toge, onions, green pepper (no carrots due to high glycaemic index)

~green tea with ginger

~iced coffee wi stevia

MERIENDA: zaru soba, iced

DINNER

~grilled burgers. Lean ground beef

~wholemeal macaroni with broccoli, tuna and olives salad.

~Daves All Natural yoghurt
