Using leftover Brown's chicken on my big salad. Great for lunch: loads of lettuce, slices of tomato, hardboiled agg, aged gouda cheese, citrus dressing 116 days
The first thing I learned to cook was an omelette. Omelettes are higly recommended South Beach Diet breakfasts. The beauty of the omelette is you can make almost anything an omelette. Just master the heat of your pan and you will be alright! Here's are my kids enjoying mommy's asaparagus mushroom ans fresh parmesan cheese omelette garnished with fresh parsley. A lovely bouquet of fresh white roses from my flower shop makes breakfast a lot more pleasant as well.
After months on undulging in unrefined starch - my body is paying for it again! I've never felt so awful. I have decided to re-train my system into eating right. Yes folks, it is indeed a lifestyle choice. I begin my own Southbeach diet. This time home cooked, to save me from spending too much. After all I upgraded my kitchen last February, therefore cooking is much more enjoyable in my own kitchen now.

Hi Gisa and Vic! @ Gisa - I actually did home prepared South Beach - but mostly just no carbs. This time I allowed myseld some fruit and some sugar. I think the textbook South Beach is just to extreme. So far I lost 2" in 6 days. @ Vic! Hi Vic! This well equipped kitchen hasn't been good for my weight! Now to turn it into an asset since the cook and I can prep healthy meals.
