 getting back on track!

Now that my foot is almost healed, I'm starting to get back on track with my diet and exercise. Well for the diet part, I was able to maintain it however with no exercise it is very hard to lose unwanted weight. So since now im back, here is the plan.

I just recently joined the running club at the office. And I'm planning to join my very first marathon! yey! Since according to the club POC, we will be having our regular training session come January. Kinda excited about it.

So, crossing my fingers, hope I can do this!
