Yay! This is my first food blog! Big thanks to victoriacastillo for inspiring me to start this up. I stumbled on her post in femalenetwork and it led me here. This is such a sweet site.
I'm currently in a plateau at 146lbs. My heaviest was 157lbs and it took 2 weeks to go down to 146lbs. But then it's been almost 3 weeks since and I'm still not moving from 146lbs. I did lose 3 inches total from my waistline. Yipee! 
So, the game plan is:
- At least a calorie deficit of 500kcal/day, more if kaya

- A 45min aerobic activity 6x/week
- or, walk to and fro the office at a steady pace (around 35-40min total)
- Load up on water
- Drink my vitamins, regularly (gawd! absent-minded pill-taker)
- Get a solid 7-8hrs sleep nightly
After 2 weeks, if I feel my body is ready for more I'll incorporate core exercises and weight training to my workouts. I'm a big couch potato right now and I don't want to shock my body too much with extreme workouts! 
I'll also be taking photos of my meals as faithfully as I can. I'm hoping that the photo documentation routine will make me more sensitive to my food choices. *cough chips! cough*
Right now, I only have shots of my dinner as I didn't have a camera with me earlier for my morning meals.
