I love that there are also several of you (shoutouts to chippyaddict, duckyyy, bellajade, toccata, kiklers01...sorry if I missed a few!) who are sharing great diet and nutrition tips to all the new members here. Let's all help each other out! 

I just had another amazing oatmeal combo this morning, and there's even less preparation involved—sliced banana, toasted walnuts, drizzle of maple syrup. Divine!
* Yes, I really need a new digital camera. Santa, please give me a Panasonic Lumix LX3 or a Canon PowerShot S90 (or a G11) for Christmas.
Today's exercises
- 3,000 on the jump rope
- 3 x 15 tricep curls with 5 lb dumbbell
- 3 x 15 bicep curls with 2 x 5 lb dumbbells
- 3 x 15 shoulder presses with 2 x 5 lb dumbbells
- 50 straight crunches
- 2 x 25 double leg raises
- 50 straight crunches
- 2 x 25 double leg raises
- 2 x 50 bicycle crunches
- 2 x 50 tuck and crunch
