I'm trying a little experiment. As you may have guessed, it involves having chocolate every day.
I try to treat myself to two squares of good quality dark chocolate (about 100-150 calories) after dinner, if I don't snack in the afternoon. I also end up cutting back on dinner, just to give myself an allowance on chocolate.
I'm hoping this will also curb my weekend dessert binges, since I get a constant bittersweet fix. I do make sure that my chocolate does not have sugar listed as the first ingredient. Let's see how this goes!
