I'm visiting my relatives abroad for Christmas, and so I'm busy packing right now. The weighing scale's in plain sight, since we need to weigh our luggage to make sure they conform to the allowance. For fun, I weighed myself and was stunned to learn I weigh 100 lbs again.
I just blogged about having chocolate (but just a bit) every day, I even skipped a few days of exercise lately, I don't think I did any strength training either, and my family and I celebrated Ateneo's basketball grand slam last Sunday. I am expecting to gain a bit more weight during my vacation, but I won't fret about it. I'm going to enjoy myself, enjoy my vacation, and of course, eat within reason. I'm even going to be bringing my workout clothes and shoes along!
I'll still be checking into the site, of course, and log in my diet and exercise plans.

Breakfast: Steel-cut oatmeal with Nutella and Scharffen Berger cocoa, coffee with low-fat milk
