I want to enjoy my vacation here, but I'm keeping to reasonable portions, as always.

Wednesday (Manila)
Breakfast: Steel cut oatmeal with Nutella, coffee with low fat milk
Lunch: Ham, pan de sal, fried egg
Snack: Siopao, choco polvoron
Dinner (on PAL): Beef with vegetables, salad, fruit, rice, red wine, coffee

Wednesday (flight, US)
Snack: Fresh fruit
Breakfast: Bacon, omelet, rice, fresh fruit, coffee
*I didn't skip a meal, it was the time zone change
Dinner (at In-N-Out): Hamburger, animal style fries, chocolate milkshake

Thursday
Breakfast: Madeleine, coffee with Coffeemate
Lunch: Rotisserie chicken, pepperoni pizza
Dessert: Häagen-Dazs vanilla and almonds snack-size bar
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, pepperoni pizza

Friday
Breakfast: Madeleine, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Turkey croissant sandwich, pain au chocolat, crème brûlée, chorizo empanada
Dinner: Medianoche sandwich (ham, roast pork, cheese)
Dessert: Three bites of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream

Saturday
Breakfast: Cheese rolls, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Danish pancake with powdered sugar, syrup, butter; country sausage patty, coffee with half-and-half
Snacks: Fudge, cheese
Dinner: Scharffen Berger hot cocoa

Sunday
Breakfast: Cheese roll, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch (buffet): BBQ ribs, roast beef, roast leg of lamb, Mexican beans, cheese enchilada, crab legs, mussels, shrimp, bacon, bananas foster with vanilla ice cream, cheese blintz with strawberry sauce, chocolate covered strawberry and marshmallow, baklava, Viennese coffee
Dinner: Porkloin, fried rice

Mmmm, In-N-Out, now there's a place that I haven't eaten at in a loooong time!! You mentioned Madeline for breakfast, did you mean La Madeline? That was one of my fave places back in the states, I like their salads and especially their strawberries with the romanov sauce (I think they put a little alcohol in it) yummy!!!
