I entered into the very first Pinkberry I saw while I was on my trip–and I ended up treating the entire family. I love frozen yogurt in the US–it's tarter, and there's a good selection of fresh fruit toppings. Here, I tried Pinkberry's new chocolate frozen yogurt and topped it with pomegranate seeds. Yum!
The smallest size at Pinkberry is 6 oz, when a serving of frozen yogurt is ideally 4 oz–which is the smallest size at yogurt shops in the Philippines. If I had my way, I'd opt for a smaller 4 oz size.
What I don't like about frozen yogurt in the Philippines is that they're all sweetened up and not tart, to appease the Filipino palate. Even Red Mango here isn't as tart as it should be. If anyone can point me to good tart frozen yogurt in Manila, let me know!

And on a little side note, if you've heard entertainment headlines lately, you've heard about the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien reaching its sad end after only seven months. I've been a huuuuuge Conan fan since my (chubby) student years. My family and I were fortunate enough to be selected to attend a taping at Universal Studios during our trip, and we had no idea back then that it would be one of Conan's last few shows as the host of the Tonight Show.
