Sports Fever

Ack! Sorry about the lack of updates, Belles. I've been insanely busy these past few weeks. And when I'm at home, I have to stay away from the computer (because of my recurring arm injuries), and I've been watching the showdowns in the NBA Finals (Go, Boston Celtics!) and the World Cup (Forza Italia!).
I love watching sports, but unfortunately, I was never the super athletic type. Some of us excelled in sports, but me? I'm not usually clumsy in real life, but somehow, when I'm made to play a sport, I end up the laughingstock.
I'm afraid I've forgotten all the exercises I've done so far, but I promise, I haven't skipped a day from my four-times-a-week routine! I've been rotating between jump rope, jogging, and even Dance Dance Revolution.
Thursday
Breakfast: Pain au chocolat, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: (at Soga Miga, Alabang) Bibimbap, various banchan
Afternoon: Unsweetened green tea
Dinner: Fried chicken, chicharon, brown rice
Friday
Breakfast: Fried egg, whole wheat roti, curry dip, truffle cake from Café Mary Grace, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Smoked sausage on whole wheat baguette
Dessert: (at Sebastian's) Fudge caramel cake ice cream in a cone
Snacks: Sago't gulaman, puto, Chocolate Lucky Charms
Dinner: Beef stew with vegetables, brown rice, chicharon
Dessert: Milk chocolate salted caramel macadamia cluster
Saturday
Breakfast: Whole wheat croissant with black cherry preserves, Scharffen Berger hot cocoa, cheese muffin, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Pancit Lucban
Snack: Pili nut baklava, truffle cake, coffee with low-fat milk
Dinner: Beef stew, brown rice
Sunday
Breakfast: Cheese muffin, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Huevos rancheros on whole wheat tortilla
Snack: Magnolia ube-leche flan ice cream, Cheetos cheddar jalapeño
Dinner: Pork tonkatsu, sautéed vegetables, brown rice
Dessert: Ube-leche flan ice cream
Monday
Breakfast: Pain au chocolat, pancake with butter and maple syrup, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: Shrimp and broccoli tempura, Japanese rice
Snack: Walker's Scottish shortbread, coffee with low-fat milk
Dinner: Pancit lucban, pork tonkatsu
Tuesday
Breakfast: Cheese muffin, coffee with low-fat milk
Lunch: (at Recipes by Café Metro) General Tso's chicken, gising-gising, rice
Dinner: Pork curry, brown rice
Dessert: Banana with Nutella
