It's been 2 months since I started with belletoday. And I am uber happy that I already lost 14 pounds!!! weeee!
I am able to wear clothes that doesn't fit me before and can even wear clothes comfortably that I can't wear before. yehey! Here are my weight loss regimen:
1. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week (30 minutes on the treadmill on a weight loss program and 1-1 1/2 hours in upper and lower body exercises) supervised by a trainer.
2. I join in every Fun Run organized here in our City. 
3. I discipline myself by eating only what my body needs ( I count my calorie intake per day).
4. I try not to eat too much rice since I am a rice person ever since.
5. I don't eat fried and fatty foods anymore and don't drink sodas or juices (replaced them with water only).
6. I eat fruits and vegetables a lot.
7. I drink lots of water.
I carry with me my water jug every time.
8. I move, move and move. 
9. I get enough sleep. 
10. If ever I feel lazy, I continue to motivate myself by going back to my objectives and goals for this weight loss program which is.......... for health reasons and for my big day next January
